Not long now - it’s blossom time!

Our peas are now in bloom on several of our plantings.  We usually have peas ready to harvest about 3 weeks after we see blossoms.  We're predicting that our season will begin around the third week of June.  Prince Edward County has received some consistent rainfall, and cooler than average temperatures this Spring, making for ideal pea growing conditions.  Things are very busy at the farm this time of year.  We're making our final preparations,...
